Portfolyo is a free web-based tool for professionals to manage their portfolio and - in a broader sense - all information that constitutes them as professionals. It aids you in keeping track of your projects and skills, and it presents the captured data on your website to show off to potential clients, employers or your peers.
Features

Manage and track your projects and skills in a web-based administration interface
Keep track of your employers/clients and people you've worked with.

Customize look and functionality of your portfolio by editing HTML templates
Import/export all data to/from a flat file

Restrict access to certain data to registered users
Easily integrate with Python server-side technologies such as mod_python, Zope or Webware
Demo
Sounds too vague? Check out the demo page which illustrates typical Portfolyo usage with screenshots. You can also browse the developer's portfolio as an example (it's part German, but you'll find your way around).
